This is the IMSCC 2025 Organizing Committee.

We are pleased to announce the list of finalists and the Main Competition guidelines. Please check the attached list and announcement below.

Please note that some teams whose submitted files have not yet been fully cross-checked with their application forms, or teams that were previously omitted, may still be added to the list. However, the assigned participant numbers will remain unchanged.

If there are any errors in your team name, please contact us at admin@ngfsteam.org, and we will make the necessary corrections.

Barcodes for on-site registration will be distributed sequentially after the Chuseok holiday.

Main Competition Information

19th International Mathematical Science & Creativity Competition (IMSCC 2025)
Date: October 18, 2025
Venue: Gyeonggido Business and Science Accelerator (GBSA)  (107, Gwanggyo-ro, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea)

General Information


  • Participant Registration & Badge Pick-up: 08:30–10:00 (Entrance Registration Desk)
    ※ Three registration booths will be available. Participants should register with the barcode received via text message. Barcodes will be sent sequentially before the competition day.

  • Basic Rules:

    • Participants may bring necessary parts and tools for modifying their works.
      ※ All modifications must be completed by 10:30 (competition start).
      ※ Mechatronics participants must bring a smartphone and battery; Software participants must bring a laptop.
    • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer is not responsible for lost items.
    • Parents and teachers are not allowed to enter during the competition time (10:30–12:30).
    • Food and drinks are prohibited inside the competition area (except bottled water).
    • Lunch will be available for purchase at the venue(detailed location will be announced later on) for international participants.
    • The use of smartphones is prohibited inside the competition area, except for mechatronics participants who require them for their mission.
    • Any matters not specified in these guidelines will be decided by the judges and the organizing committee.


  • Transportation:
    • By Car: Use the Gwanggyo Techno Valley Public Parking Lot (payment required). Traffic congestion is expected, so public transportation is recommended.
    • By Subway: 700m walk from Exit 2 of Gwanggyo Jungang Station (Shinbundang Line).


  • Ceremony & Events:
    • The Opening Ceremony (09:30–10:10) is for all international participants. Please be seated at the venue of Gyeonggi Hall(3F) on time.
    • Prize draw events will be held in the afternoon (3F Gyeonggi Hall). Raffle tickets will only be given to participants.


  • Exhibits & Works:
    • Upon registration, participants must place their works in the designated location under staff guidance.
    • Except for Grand Award works, participants must collect their works after judging. Uncollected works will be disposed of after a storage period (details to be announced after the event).
  • Award Ceremony:
    • Medals will be awarded during the ceremony.
    • Certificates for Grand Award and Gold Award will be sent to the participants’ institutions after the event.
    • Certificates for Silver to Encouragement Awards will be available for download from the competition website.
    • Only teams attending the Award Ceremony will receive medals (no separate delivery).

Additional Rules by Division

  • Creativity Division 3:
    • Test your work thoroughly before the competition, as movement may affect its shape.
    • Each team has two attempts.
    • Time is measured from start to finish, aiming as close as possible to 20 seconds.
    • More than one marble can be used, but only one marble will be timed officially.


  • Mechatronics Division:
    • For the new mainboard(2025 release), DC motor speed should be set at level 4 out of 5. App for this new Mechatronics board can be downloaded via QR code below(Android only).

  • 09:00–09:30: On-site Registration & Work Placement (1F Lobby)
  • 09:30–10:10: Opening Ceremony (3F Gyeonggi Hall)
  • 10:30–12:30: Competition by Division (1F & 3F)
  • 12:30–13:30: Lunch and Break Time
  • 13:30–15:00: Academic Conference & Teacher Awards (3F Gyeonggi Hall)
  • 15:00–16:00: Award Ceremony & Closing (3F Gyeonggi Hall)
  • 16:00–17:00: International Exchange and Networking Program (For all international participants)
