Q. Are there size restrictions for the works?
A. Since participants will need to bring their works to the exhibition area on the day of the competition, a size within 50cm (width) X 50cm (depth) X 70cm (height) is recommended.
Q. If the competition changes to a format where the entries are not made on-site, how can you ensure that participants themselves made the works?
A. In the revised competition format, participants are allowed and encouraged to receive guidance from teachers or experts throughout the process of making the work and writing the report. However, all phases of planning, execution, evaluation, creation of the entry, and report writing must be performed by the participants themselves. Judges will verify this through pre-submitted documents and on-site evaluations during the competition.
Q. Is there a category where participants can submit materials online without making an on-site presentation?
A. In the Play Division 1 & 2 (Infants) and Creativity Division 4 (Seniors), participants are evaluated solely based on the submitted documents (reports, videos, photos), without on-site presentations. The results will be announced on the day of the competition. Additionally, international participants who have obtained prior approval from the organizers may participate by submitting materials online only. However, deductions will be made to their on-site evaluation scores.
